·AGM Election
Chairman had questioned SBC about getting funding to advertise AGM meetings, as they are expensive but is necessary to inform the area. Was told no funding was available and should come out of the CC grant from SBC.Quoted £165 to put the advert in Southern Reporter, this would have been a large part of the £600 annual grant for KCC.Suggested by SBC that a poster could be sent to each household in the area, as this could be a cheaper alternative. The possibility of producing a spring newsletter from the KCC to households in the area before the AGM informing of the years achievements and projects was a possibility. This could be discussed in more detail at forthcoming meetings.
